BUILDING EXPERIENCE
| Kezar Homes, LLC is a
licensor of "architectural works" copyrighted by William J. Taylor, PE.,
and the sole distributor of partially prefabricated "wood-framing" home
kits incorporating these designs. The New England traditions from Kezar
Lake in Maine have been passed onto these designs. Relationship

The focus of Kezar Homes, LLC is sustaining the quality of life
through: 1) "the design of nature" learned at the University of
Pennsylvania (BA in Biology), and
2) "the structural design and construction management
techniques" learned at the University of Michigan (BSE in Civil
Engineering).

Preliminary Design Drawings Option
- Purchase a license to construct a Kezar Home using the "stick
built"
method of construction and the copyrighted preliminary design drawings. |

License and "wood
framing" Kit Option - Purchase a license
to construct a Kezar Home using the "prefab"
method of construction, with the copyrighted preliminary design drawings
and a full-size panelized "wood framing" Home Kit. |

The "preliminary design drawings" option includes
preliminary design drawings along with suggested material lists for
windows, doors, roofing, siding, drywall, flooring, millwork trim and
proposed bathroom and kitchen layouts. Kezar Homes, LLC will grant
to the Purchaser a limited, non-exclusive license to 1) utilize the
Preliminary Design Drawings to engage the services of a local registered
architect* or licensed engineer to prepare all plans, computations and
specifications required for a construction permit application, and 2)
construct one (1) Kezar Home. * Some jurisdictions allow single family home owners
to prepare their own house plans for construction of their private residences.

The "wood framing" kit option includes;
1) the preliminary
design drawings option as described above, plus 2) twenty (20)
prefabricated roof trusses, six (6) prefabricated "rough-framed" wall
panels for partial framing of structure, fastening hardware and step-by-step instructions on how
to assemble the prefabricated panels. Please Note:
The "wood framing" kit will be strictly limited to "rough framed"
prefabricated wood panels with associated hardware to partially assemble
the rough
framing of the structure, and will not include any other items
such as site work, foundation work, masonry work, concrete work,
finishes, heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical. |
